Delivery Information & Returns Policy

Delivery Information:

Turnaround

Where the goods ordered is in stock we will ship your order within 3 working days Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. The delivery time frame is estimated at 7 days from the date of payment.

Where the goods ordered is not in stock we will contact you via the email address supplied and advise expected order fulfilment timeframes.  In these circumstances, you may choose to cancel your order within 3 business days of receipt of our email and receive a full refund.

We use Australia Post "Express Post" satchels to deliver our orders.


Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your delivery address.  Before the final checkout page you will be advised of the cost of shipping and you will have the opportunity of not proceeding with the order.

 

Returns Policy:

General Terms

  • All products sold by Think Energy Pty Ltd are manufactured to comply with applicable industry standards.  
  • All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.  
  • Products are shipped via Australia Post and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. For shipping damage, customers should file claim to the carrier immediately.
  • Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to Think Energy Pty Ltd within 24 hours.
  • Because of the nature of online ordering your purchase from Think Energy Pty Ltd acknowledges that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
  • All brands and product names mentioned are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of their respective holders.

Think Energy Pty Ltd Return of Merchandise Policy

  • All order changes or cancellations should be reported prior to shipping by email to admin@thinkenergyaustralia.com.au.
  • Merchandise may be returned for a replacement or a refund (excluding shipping costs).  To receive replacement or refund Think Energy must be notified via email (admin@thinkenergyaustralia.com.au) within 30 days of placing the order of the request for replacement or refund and the merchandise must be returned to Think Energy within 45 days of placing the order.  Further, all returned merchandise must be returned via trackable mail, with the tracking number supplied to Think Energy via email (admin@thinkenergyaustralia.com.au) and must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Costs incurred by the customer in returning merchandise shall be borne by the customer.
  • There will be no refund for Think Energy’s shipping under any circumstances.
  • All email communications regarding returns must include the customer’s name and the Invoice Number.
  • The return or refund will be actioned upon receipt of a compliant return of merchandise.
